This Privacy Policy explains how Business Structuring Secrets, LLC ("BSS," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit businessstructuringsecrets.com, attend our trainings, or use our Services. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you sign up, purchase, join a membership, book a call, or engage us to prepare documents or filings, you may provide your name, email, phone number, mailing and business addresses, and, where required to prepare a specific filing or return, sensitive identifiers such as a Social Security number, ITIN, or EIN, date of birth, and details about your entities, ownership, and finances. Payment details are collected and processed by our payment processors, not stored by us.

Information collected automatically. When you use our website, we and our providers automatically collect usage and device information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Services, including preparing documents and filings you request.
• To process payments, memberships, and renewals.
• To communicate with you about your account, purchases, trainings, and support.
• To send educational content, updates, and marketing (you can opt out at any time).
• To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Cookies, Pixels, and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support marketing. This may include analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the site works.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as needed to run the Services and comply with law, including with:

• Service providers who process payments, host the site, deliver email, and provide analytics.
• Artificial-intelligence and automation providers we use to help draft, transcribe, and prepare work, under confidentiality and security terms.
• Registered agents, shipping carriers, and government authorities, including Secretaries of State and the IRS, as necessary to complete the formations, filings, deliveries, or returns you request.
• Our tax-preparation partner and its billing provider for members whose tax work is handled through that partner.
• Professional advisors, and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.
• Authorities or others when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Information

We take the security of your information seriously and use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it, with particular care for sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers. In practice this includes: client records are stored on a device protected by full-disk encryption; the document vaults that hold client files are encrypted; information is synchronized and transmitted between our systems only through an end-to-end encrypted synchronization service; access to client data is limited to authorized team members who need it to do their work; and payment information is handled solely by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors and is not stored on our systems.

When we deliver documents to you, we share them through a reputable third-party cloud service that encrypts files with strong (though not end-to-end) encryption. To limit exposure, the download and delivery links we send are set to expire within a maximum of thirty (30) days.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us, and control cookies through your browser. To ask a question about your information or to exercise a right described below, contact us at the address in Section 12.

7. Your State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under a state privacy law, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (Business Structuring Secrets is a Utah company), and the comprehensive privacy laws of states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others. Because we do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no such activity to opt out of. To exercise a right, contact us using the information in Section 12; we may need to verify your identity, may decline a request we cannot verify or that a legal exception covers, and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Where the law provides an appeal, we will tell you how to appeal a denied request.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain records of formations, filings, and returns, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date.
